Are you 100% sure it works on all non 335IS models?
I only ask because when I called my local BMW parts shop to ask about purchasing the 'IS muffler for my 2010 335i coupe they told me the exhaust flap system worked differently on 'IS models and thus it would not work correctly on my model. So it worked correctly for you? |

I believe it should. Maybe someone else can chime in and verify?
Just found this doing some research.... "They fit perfectly on e92's but tips will stick out about an inch more on e90's." So, the tips stick out more on e90's unless you cut them and move them back a bit. |

Also, here's a clip that I found which is exactly how these mufflers sound with the stock downpipes. They sound even meaner with catless downpipes! Clean, mean and no drone.
And another with catless downpipes. Last edited by Boost!; 12-31-2012 at 10:33 AM.. |
