e90 n55 pure stage 2 turbo and wedge tuning.
Been working with ken at wedge tuning over the last few weeks to get my car running flash only with no jb4. My car is FBO PS2 with aic controlled port injection and stage 2 LPFP. On the first map (18psi) car already had less lag and less timing corrections then the jb4 and bms flash. Once we got the PI brought into proper range (PI was too aggressive and AFR was in the 11s) ken turned the boost up (24psi down to 22psi at redline) and the car turned into a beast! Ken defiantly knows his stuff and is great with communication. Flash only drivability is night and day difference then with flash and jb4 car feels smooth and feels more powerful in the low range 2-3000rpm where you’re driving the most. If anyone is looking for a flash tune ken is the man!
I took my car to wanna go fast in Ocala FL on the 21st and the car ran a 151.8 and 151.5 from a standing start. IAT was at 170 at the end of the pulls even with the evo comp 2 intercooler so if that was lower might have gotten a little more. Once the track warmed up car ran a consistent 149 for the other 4 pulls. beat challenger scat pack E63 AMG chevy SS FBO lost to mustang TT 800 hp tied hellcat got me off the line (AT vs MT) he ran 151.2 I ran 151.5 Data log attached of the 151.8 run for people that want to see. I will update post with all the go pro footage once it’s edited. http://www.datazap.me/u/chrisgarcia8...og=0&data=3-11 Last edited by chrisgarcia800; 01-30-2017 at 07:38 PM.. |

I want a ride! But I know if I get one I am going to have to upgrade my PS1 to a PS2, so maybe not :P Are you running E30? Gratz on the new tune and there is only more to come.

This may have been talked about a lot but what would numbers look like? I'm FBO and I would use some e30 like I do daily

Nice log. That iat is pretty high, but your timing and boost don't seem to be impacted. Maybe Ken can shed some light on what iat the dme will start to pull power.
Newguy mentioned the vrsf mega huge intercooler is working really well on his car. Maybe it's time for one of those. Or meth. |

People are waiting on hard data to show what a ps2 can do with stock fueling and maxed out with added port injection! Last edited by bbnks2; 01-31-2017 at 12:31 PM.. |

+1 for Ken at Wedge. He's been dialing my car in as well. Very pleased with his work and the whole process. I have PS2, FMIC, CP, HFC, stock fueling with 96 octane gas in the tank. Here is a recent log:

Yep, PS2 all the way. I got my PS1 when they first came out long before the PS2 was around. It is only good for 20-30whp over stock, but holds boost much better to redline. Get the PS2 and don't look back. I will be upgrading sometime this year.
