Would I need new bolts for just a 3mm spacer?

I found one thread that talked about extended bolts but no clear answer if it was really nessecary to have longer bolts for just a 3mm spacer. And also, does anyone know if the H&R kits come with only 2 spacers, or a full set of 4?

Most come with two, being the fronts and rears are usually diffrerent. The lugs you have should work. Rule of thumb for strength is if it can fully rotate six times it is secure.

You should be fine. I had a 2mm spacer on my old car with regular bolts and they were good to go.
