E85 and 93 Octane in Dallas??

I am moving to Dallas, more specifically the Uptown area in the next week. How common is 93 octane and e85 in that area? Can anyone recommend any gas stations?

Welcome 93 is available everywhere! E85 is here Kroger, 3939 Frankford Rd., Dallas, TX 75287. There are several others in grapevine and Irving I believe.

Closest to uptown would be the Kroger Brad mentioned or the Racetrac in Allen at 75 and Exchange. There is a Shell and a QT close to the Kroger on Frankford if you want top tier 93.

Unfortunately E85 isnt as readily available as other areas... are you guys filling up containers and storing it in your garage?

Unfortunately no, not every racetrack has E85.

Following up on this thread. They opened a new Valero Corner Store about 5 miles south of the city that has e85. Here is the address:

According to http://www.e85prices.com/texas.html it looks like they are opening up more E85 stations in Dallas!. Racerack is selling E85 at:

10707 Ferguson Rd and 2807 West Northwest Highway

I have not confirmed this in person but the site says it was updated this month so hopefully its legit.

Yup, I'm south in Arlington/Mansfield and i have E85 Krogers down the road bout 4 miles away

they are few but growing in popularity ;-)

Thanks for the heads up. That is slightly closer to me than the gas station I go to. I will try and ride by there and see if they really have e85. I will report back when I know.

Edit: Never mind. The Ferguson location is about 12 miles and the W NW Highway location is about 6.5 miles. But it's good to see that they are adding more stations.

I have not looked for racing gas at all. But this is the closest place to uptown for e85.

I just use the frontage roads along the 75. Sometimes I go south of oak cliff where there's nothing and do pulls down there. But the frontage roads are usually my go-to spot.
