I would definitely upgrade atleast to Jb4. I didnt know people still had JB3's?!

As others have said, upgrading to the JB5 G5 would be a good choice. It is much improved over the JB3. If you don't have a DCI, get one. It's a cheap option that will add 10-15hp and it sounds great.
