New VRSF intercooler with cast end tanks

Has anyone received one yet?

This:

The pic on the website still looks like the V1 with formed end tanks.

When did you order? Did you go with the 7" or 5"?

I'd love to see a comparison of the 5" VRSF vs ETS 5" (which is what I was leaning towards, until I saw the new end tank design).

Completely ignorant question here...but what advantages are there with the cast ends on both ICs and DPs?

More laminar flow with less obstruction, and in the case of the IC, it won't deform or crush when you wrench the clamp down.

If I was in the market for downpipes or an intercooler I would probably go with VRSF products, especially after all the reviews I have seen in which most of them are grade A but I had a buddy that bought some downpipes and they were horrible welds and didnt fit properly. So I guess you get what you pay for but the cost is just incredible. But the difference in "flow" is not going to be that big of a difference in their previous downpipes/intercooler or any other brand of the better intercoolers/downpipes.

I've got a 135, just afraid of totally destroying the bumper.

Don't want things to sag after a while...
