N54 Turbo clamps discontinued by BMW

I'm not sure if any of you have experienced this problem, but hopefully you can give me some advice. Last week, I had BMS catless downpipes installed in my E90 335i. During the install, one of the clamps that holds the downpipe to the turbo broke. The shop was able to weld it back together and reinstall it on the turbo. I ordered a replacement set of clamps from bmwpartspro.com (Steve Thomas BMW) and I got an email saying that BMW is blocking the order of this part since it has been deemed defective.

There is no ETA of when the manufacturer will be replacing this part. I have another order out with Tischer BMW, that I hope will be able to be fulfilled. But, if all of these parts are ordered directly from BMW, I think it will get blocked again. Do you guys think a well welded turbo clamp will be okay or are there any other options I have? I have the part diagram attached, it is the part marked #5. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Keep the order with Tischer and see how it goes. They may just have them in stock.

I bought one at a local dealer, and they just had them in stock. You might want to try that route.
