Boost misfires that happen with a tune and then don't happen without the tune are a sign of maintenance issue. Most likely your plugs. When you're running an extra 100 hp you have to expect that you car will need to be in top shape at high speed and high rpm or your prone to misfire.

Will my plugs be an issue at 27k miles? I will read to code next time it pops up doing a 4th gear pull ( later today) and ill report back.
