Damn...won't have taken redelivery yet! Maybe next time. Have fun though. Do you have people coming from all over the state on previous runs? Just select a meeting spot?

all over DC/MD/VA, etc. Some as far as Hampton Roads/ Richmond.

The organizer sets up a meeting spot, then we drive the route. Usually stop for lunch, then continue on. Some stops/catch up points along the way depending on the route.

I want to go, but there's also the 9/11 5k Memorial Run going on too at 6pm. Does anyone know what time the Skyline run will take place?

as mentioned in the first post, click on the link to the M3 section of this website. The organizer, per his thread, will announce details as it gets closer to the date.

previous runs have started around 9-10 am. However, these runs go all day, ending around 4-5ish.

Some members leave halfway through it due to other commitments.

looks like tomorrow at 9.30am people will be meeting up at the old circuit city in tysons corner right along RT7 and will cruise down to front royal

no, i don't think that was Checkmates intent. I believe he meant to meet up w/ ppl at the circuit city in tysons corner and drive to the run's starting point in Stone Ridge, not Front Royal.

so if you go from tysons to Front Royal direct, you'll be missing out on 1/2 the run and some good roads.
