Need Advice for Mods...
Okay, so this is my first BMW and I've had my E92 for 1 month now and still pretty wet behind the ears. I thought I'd be happy with my car as stock, but after reading so many posts and looking at all this pictures, well...
...I think I may have caught the bug. Here are some of my thoughts (for now): -Matte black grille -performance shift knob -aero lip -debadge This may seem like a pretty naive question, but haven't found any one thread with a cohesive answer, so... 1. What recs do you guys have on a place that sells these parts and would do a good job installing/debadging? AND/OR 2. Is it easy enough to DIY? Thanks!

they are definitely all DIY; just search the vendors to see who has the best price.

DIY for sure. I suck at it, but was able to do everything on your list, minus the aero lip
And Tischer would be my recommendation in terms of vendor

Ya aero lip is probably the hardest on the list but still doable for sure

congrats on the car. you can do pretty much diy for everything. i suggest new wheels and tires bc i didnt like my run flats. and a drop and a nice size spacer in the rear. you can get all of that at tirerack.com and just put your model in and it will come up with your options. gl w/ everything!

there's a whole lotta things that you can easily DIY: golf tee mod, painted reflectors, M steering wheel, GP Thunders, rear fogs, etc.
and these are all cosmetic there are plenty of performance mods that are DIY too

The aero lip is definitely DIY. Make sure you have one other people helping you out. I would also recommend the M3 rear spoiler. Again, both of these are easily DIY. Recently, I just did them both myself with the help from my wife.
