Need Help Battery Question e92

I Have Been Hearing Something Moving around In my Trunk when I Take Off From a stand still. so today I took a look around and Found This Mount Laying on the bottom of the battery compartment I can't seem to figure out where it goes back. If anyone Knows I would really appreciate if they can tell me
also when I was Snooping Around I noticed this plug was just hanging in the open again i can figure it it but I'm sure its suppose to be inside something.
I have a e92 I don't know if that makes a difference But just incase

if the pictures don't open heres a link

Don't worry about the wire. The "mount" should secure a piece of plastic/foam that holds the battery in place. Wierd that it would have come loose.
