No Fun Today!

It's raining cats and dogs here in Derbyshire

I had a few things planned but now can't do anything, so fed up. What to do?

Its only drizzling slightly here, still debating whether to wash the cars as I'm busy all day tomorrow.

Not fair I got my car washed and waxed on Thusday, after working Friday the car got dirty needs washing again also got a few jobs to do on the car and I really should do something with my Garden, not my thing - hate gardening it's a dirty job but it needs doing.

Carl was that meant to mean +1 or something in a whole different context, ROFL

Again not fair I'm gonna be a right little mardy Porscha! today

Got to go out and get some things, don't want to walk but it would be stupid to take Midgie as it won't even get off the choke, totally and utterly fed up.

Well I've been out, took the dog a walk and went up town to get a paper.

Also been to look at an E36 320i so Midgie doesn't have to be used for everyday, be parked in carparks etc. what a total mess!

When I got to this horrible chav scum area, I thought this is not a good idea but I'll go and see it because you never know. Parked the Midge up and went to look at this "rust free" E36 first thing I notice rust round the rear arches. Oh well it's cheap and it's MOT'd the man comes out and says hello!

I pull the bonnet to find the car has no oil, he says that he doesn't understand why it's got no oil and starts the car remarking it starts first time everytime, the noise that hit me from a stupidly big exhaust was not good!

So I told him that it wasn't for me due to the oil situation, to which he said but it's got an MOT so is fine!

Now not going to bother with a "winter" car or I'm going to start looking at E90/92s again which if I keep until dead for running about it'll be a bit of a bargain and I'll know where it's been near enough from new, so anyone want to sell me theirs?!

Will do

Must see what going rate is first (not sure whether yours might be worth a bit too much for me) also must leave a few hundred pounds over to get a private plate ........ or people could think I'm something to do with the notorious dxb!

Interesting! Looks good (apart from the n/s ) How much do we think to fix?

The near side Airbag is deployed could I just take it out or would it need to be put in again?

Pity it's an Auto but you can't have everything ....

Minor damage? Things I see needing repair:
· airbag - replace, not just stuffed back in
· new N/S wing (jees, I've been over here too long).
· new N/S door
· new N/S quarter panel
· Rear axle and suspension; the differential may also be knackered - look at picture #3 and #4. What the hell did the driver hit?
· Possible new front suspension.

How much to fix? Too much, IMO. Interesting that it has an alarm but it was a theft recovery. I guess the driver literally drove it like he stole it.

US to UK translation: fender = wing

Lol! Couldn't cope with a LHD'er for day to day! Are you having trouble selling?

Lol! Now I've had a proper look I agree, what would that car be worth if it wasn't like that though? A lot, lot more I imagine, circa £25K?
