MBA or Masters degree?

Going for healthcare administration.... but i cant decide if i want the MBA or a masters of HA. Im thinking MBA because at the end of the day its still an MBA and can be spun as such if i get sick of working for a hospital. What do you all think? what is more marketable from just a degree perspective. Thanks!

I think anything in the healthcare area will be good. In the future when those baby boomers retire it's gonna drive up the demand for healthcare. THen again you cant go wrong with an MBA. Tough call indeed. Sorry I cant be more helpful.

BTW- Im going for an MBA in management.

Tough call indeed. Had to decide between MBA or MSEE, went with MSEE... since I got my BSEE.

I'd get the MBA for the flexibility.

If you have to choose between the two I'd go for the MBA but I do know that UCI (University Cal Irvine) has an MBA in healthcare. You might want to see if you can find that in other schools too.

Getting both isn't such a bad idea, I am working towards a MBA and I already have a MS in EE.
