iDrive with Apps
Hi guys,
I am wondering if anyone could tell me with clairity if I am able just by coding enabling BMW Apps on my car. The car I purchase has a production date of 8/2011 its a 328xi Executive Package. I been reading that some people say yes and some say no. I am also looking to code DVD in motion for the car. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you |

It will depend on the software version of your CIC. Earlier softwares allowed for coding of APPS but it seems BMW got wind of this so on the later softwares they made APPS require a FSC activation code.
If you have earlier software it's code-able. If not, it's still code-able but will require you purchase an FSC code to activate. |
