Alignment

How does the alignment typically hold up on an e90 335. Have only had my car for a little over three months now but can't help but feel as if its favoring the right side. I did hit one memorable pot hole while accelerating pretty hard, didn't blow a run flat, thought I did at first, but now just can't tell if the alignment thing is in my head, or indeed slightly off. Could I have messed anything else up? Thanks for your help everyone.

Mine has been okay, just remember your BMW requires special tools to align correctly (assuming you are not lowered and have Oem wheels)

I have not had mine aligned in 45000 miles, drives nice and straight on level roads still, and I hit about 100 potholes a day

Every 15,000 or every year.
But I think that's an overkill, if the car doesn't pull and doesn't show uneven tire wear its not worth doing an alignment.

Ditto (50,000 miles on mine and almost as many potholes ). It drives as true as day 1, but I'm going in for my first alignment next week to max out the front camber settings as I'm switching to non-RFTs.

Get get a alignment at a non dealer performance shop everytime I get new tires, your spending 1k+ on tires, why not spend 100 to make sure the wear correctly.

I have alignment performed every 6 months on every car I had.

If you are lowered you can go to a regular place or find the one that deals with lowered cars, depending how low you are.

I'm pretty sure you can't change your front camber settings in our cars unless you have camber plates

You're correct unless you remove the alignment pins which i plan to have done.

so if you remove the alignment pins does the camber change as you drive from corner to corner?

and which pins?
