Bluetooth and Aux Audio Problem

My bluetooth has quit and my Aux audio line in cuts out about every 10 sec for a couple of seconds then cuts back in. I have factory bluetooth which OCCASIONALLY would not connect (but say it was connected) which usually cleared up after shutting car down
I get the -- on the phone menu which i read somewhere means your BT unit is dead. Does anyone know if the Auxilliary line input cutting out is related to this? Radio and CD sound is fine so its not the amp or head unit
BT unit is ridiculously expensive so I would likely switch to the Dynavin N6 unit as between dead radio display pixel fix ($150) and new BT unit ($600+) im at that cost level

If you are on your original battery you might need a new one

Thanks New battery (1yr old) and it checks in at 13.8V

Does anyone know for sure if the Aux cutout issue is related to the BT MULF unit I assumed since they both died at same point they were but....?

Also, would the dynavin N6 solve all the problems I'm having (AUX and BT)? seem like it would and at similar cost

I have to believe you are measuring your alternator at 13.8

I have to believe you are measuring your alternator at 13.8
Which is 14.5 on mine.
If you have a mulf2hi I believe they both come from there.
I would try reseating the cables on it or jiggling them to see if things
improve.
