Sorry but I feel the opposite. The police have a job to do, so we should let them do it. Nothing is worse than a busy-body who feels they have to play Buford T. Justice. I'm not saying that if somoene is in trouble, you ignore it, but I can't stand those cop wannabes, they're a menace imho. If you wanted to be a police officer, why didn't you? Actually if you look at the gps speed i'm doing the normal speed limit or less which is 120km/hr on the 400 series highways.

Just cause I dropped it down a gear and shifted at high rpm doesn't mean im gunning it. Just making a lot of noise lolol.

It's not illegal to accelerate hard on an onramp either.

Uhh.......in the 16 years that I've been driving in Ontario, the posted speed limit on the 400 series, and QEW highways has NEVER been 120km/h.

If you mean the general flow of traffic tends to be around 120km/h, then yes it does. But that doesn't mean it is the speed limit. Unless lemmings create laws. Thinking you can do 120km/h when the posted limit is 100km/h and not get a ticket is BS. All you need is one cop having a bad day, or a quota to meet, and a shiny blue 335is driving by at 120km/h, same speed as all other cars. FYI, that's not a reasonable defense.

Is aggressive acceleration illegal? No. But you can receive a ticket for it. But you already know that, just saw this other video you posted (audio only):

I wasn't questioning whether or not it was illegal to accelerate hard, I was stating that it's stupid to draw unnecessary attention to yourself.
