Cheers, I might need them sooner rather than later, looks like my car is drinking 1L every 2200km right now...

Had to carry 2 additional 1L bottles of oil just for my Christmas road trip...

Cheers

All seem to have started at the end of last month after I did an oil change (had since rechecked and made sure there was no leak at the sump plug and oil filter cover.)

Only thing I can think of is that I also loaded my MHD backend flash at the same time so I guess the more aggressive boost was the final straw that broke the camel's back.

I did remember one Indy shop mentioned that my turbos' seals were leaking slightly earlier this year when I had them do a check up and brake fluid flush.

Also saw the car shot some whitish smoke on deceleration as I got a mate to give it a couple of quick revs in park.

Gonna take it back to ramp auto Group as soon as Christmas is over, to get them to verify the cause, but I'm 90% sure the main cause of the oil drinking are the worn out turbos.

Most probably valve seals, valve gasket or pcv system which is causing the issue. Do a leak down pressure test to confirm.

Valve gasket was changed a while back, I have a BMS occ which I've yet to install (too lazy, might do it after I get back from the road trip).

Just had a look at valve seals, don't look too expensive from ECS tunning, might grab a RB pcv valve while I'm at it.

Will get ramp auto to check it out.

Also socket what would the shipping cost be to WA 6036?

Positive side, car still drives and boosts fine (abit the massive wastegate gate rattles). Went wot (or close to it) several times, when ever I had to overtake someone on WA's shitty single lane only country roads.

Yesterday overtook about 6 cars in one go with the last one in line (Vw Ute) being a complete arsehole who kept on sticking as close to the centre as possible to block my view. Had to get 1/2 of my car basically on the incoming traffic lane before I could see everything was clear.

Went from 80 to close to 200 in that one brust...

Chewing that much oil could be caused by a fucked piston ring. Check your spark plugs and see if there is burnt oil on any.
