2010 335i need pricing opinions - and dealer accessory thoughts

All -

I appreciate the click on this post. So I am pretty much locked into this car:

Dealer Asking: $29,998

Certified 2010 335i
Manual
43,000 miles
Black/Black
Premium Package
Cold Weather Package

All the pictures point to a quality vehicle, and talking to the gentleman on the phone, he seemed like a very reasonable guy to deal with.

Couple questions:

1.) Does the price sound fair?

2.) What kind of leverage could I have if I want to get some dealer accessories installed (namely M-Sport package and performance exhaust). Would you recommend saving the M-Sport package for later down the road?

I would try to get it down to $28.5-29k. Getting the m-sport kit through the dealer would be rather expensive. I would try to find an M-sport e92 if you aren't in a rush. Did you have a chance to check some of the links I posted in your other thread?

too much mileage for me...
I've learned that lower mileage is more important than options if you plan on reselling it in a few years.

Overpriced. I paid 33 for an 09 last year fully loaded with everything except m sports. No cold weather but had heated seats.

Most importantly, was at 22.5k miles and was certified.

Garage List
Agreed. I got a 2010 E92 Alpine White/Coral Red M-Sport/Premium/Nav, FBO and Brembos 18k miles for 36k. The car is putting down 400 to the wheels. Best part is I got ALL the stock parts to install when warranty service is due.

My point: if you dig and dig, search and search you will find a great deal. Always works if you put in the effort.

Yes, thats overpriced if you ask me. I paid 34k for a 2010 with 36k miles that has premium package, m sport, navigation, and heated seats. Also had rest of 50k warranty and CPO to 100k.
