Min to Max after 1 qrt of oil

My car just got out the dealership after replacing 2 ignition coil and gasket. After drove for 2-3 miles, I got "!" on the console and when I checked the oil it shows MIN +1 qt. Since the dealer is closed, I stopped by a auto shop nearby and bought a 1qt of Mobile 1 0W-40 and fill it. After I started my car and waited until oil level show up it showed "OK" (and 1/4 level). I picked up my friend and went out to costco (around 5-6 miles of drive), refill the gasoline and I checked my oil level again, it MAX now!!.

Do you guy see any problem here? Is it ok to fill my car with Mobile 1 0W-40?

i've used Mobil 1 0W-40 and Castrol 0W-30 on all my oil changes.....every 5k miles with no issues.

by the way...my oil reading is always 3/4 full after every oil change(7 quarts)....never below or above.

No problem. Your car was a quart low, not it is not.

Since the difference between "min" and "max" is 1 quart as stated in your Owner's Manual...Is there an issue?

Happened to me too. Makes you feel uneasy. Another reason why I like the dipstick to return.
