I have the mtec from extreme parts and the fitment is pretty good. The only bad part is there's a fairly big gap from the hood to the center area of the kidney grilles. If your picky it will bug you.
If money isn't a issue go oem😬 |

Is the dealership the only place I can get the oem bumper? How much do they sell for?

You can try Germanparts.ca or call Policaro BMW or Maranello BMW; both those dealerships offer nice discounts to members of MaXBimmer.com. It's free to join and it's a good local GTA forum for BMW enthusiasts

It's honestly not bad, my GF's car had it on her E92 and I'd give the bumper's fitment an 8/10. There's a small gap around the lower edges of the headlights and a little up too where the hood meets. Nothing bad enough to deter me if I was buying it.

As I said earlier, stick to Policaro or Maranello if you want discounted pricing on OEM parts. I hear Endras is also very good for East end guys.

As for Extreme, I have purchased the tails as mine went on the e90 and the fitment is 10/10 - not sure on the bumper but can assume it would be close
