I'd take a look into it, talk to Tony and Ben about the specifics. The best part is that its completely invisible to the dealership. |

I don't use them unless it's something that'll take more than a day (loaners are only free at the dealership you bought from). Patrick is right by where I work and they are the jam for sure

Tommy, start going to Laurel in Westmont. Their service guys have always been good to me, most even stop and chat with me about the mods on my car and whatnot. EDIT: I didn't know you work in Schaumburg. Thats pretty good however I never liked Patrick cuz they are WAY too snooty (at least their sales guys). |

I thought Laurel IS Westmont...?
I've actually been thinking of switching over to them. Right now, I'm at BJ. Went in on Tuesday for a flat left rear, so they plugged it while they had to order the tire and wait for it. Called me yesterday to ask me why I wasn't in yet (they had told me they would call when it came in). So, this morning I get in the car to drive there, and I've got a flat right rear too. So, they only have one tire, and I need two. Guess who has to go back on Monday again for a couple hours? Not only that, but the car failed walkaround with some pretty unsightly scratches on the hood either from the wash, or from when they opened the hood to top off the washer fluid (which I didn't ask them to do). My SA was cool about everything, very courteous and apologetic, but don't most dealerships at least stock a couple of their most popular tire sizes????? Anyway, after spending 6 hours there already this week, I have to go back on Monday for a tire change (which took 2+ hrs today), and a trip to their body shop to see if buffing the scratch out is a possibility.... All because of a nail in the road... |

Yeah I've never dealt with their sales guys, but no joke they have like 4 or 5 techs and or SAs that are in their 20s and cool as Billy D Williams... |

That blows man, that's exactly why I always tell them not to go near the carwash with my car. I always get the craziest looks when I do the "walkaround" after picking my car up! |

hey if you talk to him, have him look into LET's tune for the C63, they did an E55 when I was there getting mine and got like 75whp out of it or so. LET are the kings of MB performance.
