Unhappy E90 Instrument cluster broken

Hi all, I had DIY my E90 cluster LED's to make it look better, but after that, everything works fine except spreedometer and rpm metter. It keep 0 km/h and 0 rpm all the time, did anyone what's going on? and how to repair it? Is it caused by I put back the needle too much? Many thanks.

when I do the instrument cluster test (02 ki test), both the speedometer's and rpm's needle also not rotating, is it mean broken?

idk, I never taken the cluster out. But are you sure all connection are plugged in when you put it back? Just a thought.

when you did the soldering of the led's make sure you didn't melt the plastic together on the rotating poles that the needles attach to. if this happened then they will not rotate. you'd have to go back in and cut the melted plastic until they rotate.

problem confirmed, it is caused by I put the needle not correctly, this make the bearing of the needle out of position.
