Alpine CHA-S634 6CD/MP3 changer & BMW adapter

For sale, removed from my Yr 2000 E46 when I sold it for my E91. Not sure you can fit it to a E90 without recoding at a dealer, and even then not sure it'll work, but should fit a treat to all E46s and many other BMWs. Comes complete with BRLA1 adapter box (so its plug and play straight into a CD prep equipped E46 (all UK cars were I think). It should also fit most BMWs of that period pre-iDrive (1999-2005ish, E53, E39 etc.). The adapter alone is £65 new - http://www.incarexpress.co.uk/view_p...?partno=BRLA1L Works with controls on steering wheel and head unit. For MP3 discs with lots of tracks, it displays track number 0-99 on older units (and cycles back to 0 when more than 100 MP3 tracks are on a CD - i.e. track number 153 appears as 53). This was never an issue when I used it, but mention this just to confirm it will play all tracks on an MP3 CD despite the display issue. Buttons 1-6 select the CD or MP3 CD disc to be played. I think newer cars maybe able to show all digits, but not sure. There is one on ebay bid upto £93 with 3 days to go and 15 bids. I'll set a price when I see where that finishes! I thought it was a great solution and could get 1000 songs in the car with steering wheel control - I have an iPhone and LiquidAux now in the E91. |
