Own SIM card in CIC?

I have a CIC retrofitted with BMW Online, SOS etc. But I'm not able to use it as the subscription is no longer active. Is it possible to add your own data SIM card and get BMW Online working again?

HELP-----This is not a joke. someone broke into my house and stole my paperwork and had a key made. Now they have access to my car opening and unlocking my doors. Just recently, they installed something that will not let me start me car, unless they want it to start. What's going on...I was told he must have install a WIFI Sim card...but where do I look?
