Driving in and out of driveways without rubbin!

So For all the cars who sit low, what techniques do you use going in and out of driveways? I took a photo of my car coming out my driveway head on just to see the amount of room left for future preference on other driveways. I know you try to angle yourself just enough so you miss the side of your bumper, but anything else?
