BMW Performance Brakes fit on 335i / 335d?

It's going to cost $600 in parts to replace front pads and rotors (from Tischer). So for $400 more you could install the BMW Performance Brake Kit (which is for the 328i/330).

Can you apply the BMW Performance Brake kit to 335i/d models? I'm not sure I can find any difference other than rotor size and I believe you'd get an upgrade from 4 to 6 piston calipers. Anyone have experience on this?

I tried searching but I kept getting an error.

pretty sure the answer is no, you can't put it on the 335.

Mounting should all be the same. Curious what would be different.

I think it's been said that you can mount them, but they'd actually not perform as well as our stock brakes

Call United BMW in GA and ask for Dan in part dept perhaps he can confirm if the performace brake would work in your vehicle.

The performance brakes look cool though, some people want to mount them.

What problem are you looking to solve with the current brake setup?

no performance break for 335i. I've asked two dealerships twice already.

Brakes are NOT the same. Plus, it's not worth it. The stock 335i / 335d are pretty good performers already. To upgrade would require BBK or better pads / rotors. Performance brakes only look cool but are more show than go. Save up for Brembo's.
