New wheels for e92 328xi

currently running 225/45/17s all the way around.
Do i need to keep the square set-up with the xi?

anyone have any suggestions. Looking to keep it simple and looking to go to 18 inch wheels as well.

As long as you keep the same overall tire diameter front and rear you're fine to stagger. The match for 17" would be 225/45R17 front with 255/40R17 rear.

For 18", it would be 225/40R18 front with 255/35R18 rear.

Ditto! Gary took the answers right out of my mouth. 235/265's are a also a great combo Xi owners have liked as well.
