Should I change my ATF fluid? I have 63k

I know this is been debated a lot but I haven't seen a thread on the 335i. I have a 2011 335i with 60k.

The dealer tells me not to do the transmission fluid change because many transmissions have failed and I'll break the factory seal and it will eventually leak.

I did read in the forums lots of people buying redline D6 ATF so that's what I purchased 7 quarts of it.

My question is the dealer full of crap?

It shifts a little jerky sometimes not quite 100%. As per my experience with Gen. automotive knowledge at 60 3K would be pushing it as far as changing the fluid, I feel that if I don't do this now it's going to be too late.

Any thoughts guys?

its an excellent question to which i am still searching answer for.
Here is my take on it: If car is CPO up to 100K, then i would drive the nuts off of the transmission so that it goes out around 70-80k and they install new one under warranty then when they put in the new transmission, change oil in it every 25k and it will last for at least 100k more.
Here is my second take on it: If you have no warranty on it, just be sure to start your research in finding new auto transmission, save money for it and expect that it will go out one day.

The reason I'm saying that is because i have had 2 e39 5 series that had transmissions go out every 80k, not sure why, maybe its my spirited driving, but it just did.
