I also never wished death on you. All I said was too bad the car didn't flip (you survive of course). Maybe it would have taught you a lesson about respecting others property. If you had crashed the car what the hell would you have done? I'm sure your insurance would love it that you were racing a $60,000+ loaner car.

You didn't have to say it was a dirt road. Your buddy was nice enough to post satellite images of the roads you were on:

Call me dumb but those roads look a hell of a lot like dirt. Not to mention that using the cars in those pictures as a reference, I have no clue how you were going 120mph on it, there just isn't enough space. But like I said earlier, sand is loose, you're lucky the tires didn't lose traction. That would have been one hell of a crash at 120 into a tree.
seminole, dont waste your time on those morons. they are better off killing themselves one day.

Now i'm not all that interested in this but I would be cautious as to what i said on a public forum as I wonder how quick your dealer would be to further aid you if they were privy to those videos and your comments.

Less is more.

Guys, this has nothing to do with the original topic. And did not help the OP at all. It sounds like he really needs some help with the situation he got himself in to.

First you need call your dealer and say you want the left tired changed to because you cant have uneven treads....... Second, although there are thing on the car that they didnt know about when they sold it to you, and it comes up later, its not their obligation, thats what the used car warranty is for and in this case, it is a used because it was a loaner/ service car. Just make sure they don't charge you and they get everything fixed, you should be alright then.. Also what you might want to do is take it into another BMW dealership nearby your place or even if its a long drive, it'll be worth driving.. I say this because the dealership you bought the car from might be negligent towards it because they don't want to accept responsibility or pay up to fix the car properly. Just my .2 Goodluck!

btw, I forgot to add that my friend has a e92 328xi, he ran over a huge pot hole, a couple weeks later, his wheels started to crap out and his steering was all over the place. He took it to the dealer and found out that his tires were warped and he had to get them replaced, kind of like your situation. I'm guessing that because these RFT (see picture below) have a steel ring around the tire, if you run over a pot hole big enough, the ring is bound to bend.. and overtime get worse and worse... just my theory.

Service manager emailed me today and said that they only have to replace 1 side tire and that the DSC will be fine with a tire up to 10K or so miles
And that the bad tire is causing all the steering issues and the alignment will magically fix everything.. FM is amazing

On a side note, I had the car's oil changed at a independent BMW shop today, when they had it up they showed me the rear tires.. One of them was missing about 3" of its thread all the way around, and the other one about a inch, seems RH BMW did not really align the car when I had it there before. The 2 rear tires were toast due to the car not being aligned right. about 8k miles on a new tire is all you can get when the car is not aligned right.

On the way to get new tires one of them blew and I was lucky to keep it on the road and not crash, I am thankful that I was driving slow and did not get killed, run flats my arsh.
Used the SOS to call for help and after a few minutes of arguing with the lady, the same BMW rep called me that I talked to yesterday.
BMW NA would only have the car towed to a dealership 2 hours away and they would not pay for the tires to be replaced or a alignment.
I had the car towed back to my local tuner who sent a truck out to me and my car in the dark.

I remember telling both RH BMW and BMW NA yesterday that my car was pulling real bad and I needed it to be checked.
Hope everyone makes it home tonight safe.
