Bye bye RFT
The rears on the wifes 118 are down to the minimum so getting them swapped over to Falken FK452 all round on Friday. Was hoping to get the same Kuhmo KU39 that i have on the 335 as i have been really impressed with their performance. The Kumhos have Outperformed the Bridgestone RFT in all areas as far as im concerned. Had some really bad rain recently with a lot of surface water and the tyres we fantastic, the old rft's were a danger in those conditions. *
Looking forward to seeing how the car feels with the Falkens on 18" rims.* Her 18" bridgestone are all showing uneven wear on the rear and edge wear on the fron right tyre. Tyre pressures religiously checked by me every week when i do both of the cars. I am convinced that the Bridgestone REO50 RFT is a very very poor tyre when used in combination with BMW M Sport suspension. Harsh and crashy ride, useless in the wet and horrendous on standing water or imperfections in the road. Roll on Friday!!!! |

what size khumo do you have? they seem to be more readily available than the falkens, so im swaying that way.
everyday that goes by with 19" rfts bridgestones, is a day tooo far at the moment. |

Im going to sell the one good tyre to recoup some cost. Well worth the money. Nice to know that when my rear tyres need replacing its only going to cost me £280 for the pair |
