Computer Problem

Hi there every one i had done my oil change by myself and as soon as i finish i took the car for a ride , i notice that my computer got restarted . For example all my radio station had erase, my steering wheel buttons and all other setting got restart. Any idea what had happen please help me Thanks in advance

we are all out changing our oil trying to replicate the problem.

If you plan on keeping it for awhile I would invest in a Bavarian technical tool or peak research tool and pull the codes.

No idea. That should not happen from changing the oil. Even if you disconnect the negative battery terminal, you would not lose radio pre-sets, and maybe just have to reset the clock time only.

i didn't disconnect the battery i was not even near the battery , all i did was put the car on rhino ramps did oil change and that was all
