I know it's hardly reliable, but pocketdyno+ has consistently estimated my whp at about 310.
So... what is the best one can do without decatting the car? For a negotiable 2 grand, Dinan's tune will give 355whp and 401tq to an otherwise stock car.

What settings are you running on the procede? Map 2? Autotune on/off?

Nice numbers! E85 is good stuff. I know BMS just wrapped up some monster E85 auto learning maps for the N54 JB4 and are working on porting those maps over to the N55 JB4 now.

map 1 is my custom map.. Autotune still on.. about to turn it off though, i am boosting around 16-17 not entirely sure. Where my power dies down is because i dont have a fmic or meth.. Our turbos don't flow enough to make power above 15 psi.. Thats why the only major differences between my 14.5 psi runs and this one was the torque..

No, those numbers are at the wheels. They confirmed it on the phone to me. Or they're lying I guess.

If it was to the wheels i would say the dinan isnt a bad investment.. With no dp or supporting mods just tune only. But i know it's not to the wheels. Dinan advertises there numbers by brake hp not wheel hp..

Congrats!!!!
How about some logs!? I'm gonna hit the strip tomorrow with mine.. We have the same mods except I have no downpipe. I'll be happy with anything in the 12's (she ran a 13.4 stock) Get those RFT's off and get to the strip! |

Unfortunately he forgot his laptop for the dyno session, but this is what we managed to have the day before the dyno.
The dyno numbers are pretty much were we expected them for that given boost and ignition advance profile. We probably were having slightly lower ignition advance on the dyno because if the high heat + 45min drive to the dyno + maybe not enough cool down. Meth on that thing would do wonders to cool down the IAT. Next step will be with meth + higher boost + above stock timing advance. If this doesn't break the 400whp then nothing will do with that stock turbo... Still that's already insane amount of torque and I suspect next time torque will touch the limits of the 6AT... |
