Anyone fixed a DSC malfunction themselves?

Hi, I'm out of warranty and just looking to get this fixed for as cheap as possible. Does anyone know how to fix a DSC malfunction?

I searched around and found this:

Has anyone tried this before? I did use a BT scanner and it said its something wrong with the steering so I'm pretty sure that it is related to the Steering Angle sensor. Just wondering if anyone has fixed this themselves or can recommend a shop that can get this fixed for much less than the dealership.

Thanks.
