tyres

Ok tell me im talking rubbish.my current 193 rims with bridgstone rft

Fronts 225/40/18 outside rolling circumfrence =1998mm
Rears 265/35/18 =2001mm

If i purchase M3csl rims with michelin pilot 2 non run flats

Fronts 235/35/19 outside rolling circumfrence =2033mm
Rears 265/35/19 =2099mm

Now if i go down another route suggested and drop to a 30 profile on the rear i get this

Rears 265/30/19 outside rolling circumfrence =2017mm .

If i run 35 profile on the rears im thinking it will be just a tiny bit more soft not so bumpy also there is more choice on the tyres and tread patterns ,

I am open to any suggestions and all advise is welcome . ok one last thing should i keep my stock wheels for when i sell the e90 or just sell them on here .they have 1500miles on them and are as new .

Scooba I`d go with the 30 profile rears it`s what I had and many others run on the E9x (including OEM for Alpina) the overall circ. is closer to the standard size.

Although your going down an aspect size, the height is slightly more due to a larger width, also the reg rubber will be slightly softer than the RFT`s.

Personally I`d keep your stock wheels, it makes it much less hassle when you want to trade in.

i went fro the 30 proile on the rears and kept my std wheels for resale time, i will more than likely fit coilovers too soon and will change back to std when i sell also, i cant see many people (trade in or private) being over keen on a modded car however tame the mods
