Buying two at once, any experience?

Hi, my friend wants an M3 and I'm ready to pull the trigger on a 335i sedan (I know, I'm going to be pretty envious). Has anyone ever gotten a really good deal on a "double" sale/lease as far as discounts? Sorry, kind of a dumb question but I need something to get me fired up!

I think the dealership would have to believe that the two deals are somehow contingent or related. Two friends walking in negotiating separately with different financial circumstances for different cars probably doesn't make much difference in terms of getting the best "deal".

However, 2 ready buyers walking into a dealership whether friends or not is a thing of beauty for them these days. The last few times I have been at my dealership there has has been almost no one there.

Depends where you are, the dealer by me is a zoo with activity most days.

I'm also curious about this. Hello. First post on these forums. I'm looking into buying a new BMW 328i, but my dad also wants to buy the new 750Li, so we are looking to arrange something. I mean, seriously the dealerships would be getting big money on that day. A $98,000 car along with a $38,000-42,000 car. I assume the conditions to buying are....somewhat similar, other than banking and loans/contract/ownership differences. So if you do go or already went through with this, please tell me how it goes/went!

Got me a phat deal on my current 335i, then my Dad's friend went in a few weeks later to buy one as well with our CA.

She gave us the deal and trusted that my Dad's friend would come through.

Now for the current BMW on order, she hooked it again!

So yeah, it does help.

I was in the process of getting my old 320i traded in and my 328i coupe ordered when I brought my sister in and she bought a new 2009 323i for a really really good deal on top of the sale they were having that day.

This will not work at the current dealer I'm working with for certain reasons (all positive). However, it is assumed to pull this off that you've got to come in with said friend, serious, each w/ his checkbook in hand. This might get their attention...
