Function lockout on door open.

I'm coding a 2009 E90. With the key in, everything works as you'd expect - window go up and down, etc etc. Upon removing the key, windows continue to work until a door is opened, at which point the car enters a functional lockout mode.

I'm wondering if this mode can be disabled. I.E. can I code the car so that windows continue to function even after key removal and door open, UNTIL the car is actually locked by the fob?

I ask specifically because I'd like to be able to click the window auto-up, remove the fob, and open the door, with the window continuing to close until it does, at which point I close the door and lock the car.
