MODS

I'm not sure what to really do... I really want an exhaust but I dont want to void my warranty... so I've been looking into the IKON Muffler... but is it really worth 600 just for sound?

you dont want an exhaust because you dont want to void your warranty, yet you want the ikon muffler which is technically considered an exhaust..?

if your worried about warranty, dont mod your car. simple as that. Oh and as far as trying to justify purchases, yea that doesn't work. If you think $600 is too much for sound and maybe a little performance, what about spending $800+ on exterior parts SOLELY for looks.

Well I started getitng parts... I just put on a Shadow Black Grille... and I ordered the Euro Blacklines... I'm also ordering the M-Tech Splitters and Rear Spoiler... and my windows are 20% tinted all around so Im adding the Titanium and Carbon Fiber Emblems... I just need some new shoes and an exhaust but I dont know... do dealers really care about exhaust? Its just the last time I took my car I told them my sun visors light looked liek it was loose... and they accused me of "trying to make my car a convertable" so I Exploded on them and they fixed it... I dont know... I dont want headaches..

buy a cat back system. so if you go to the dealer with your car, you can swap it.

I dont think an exhaust would void your warranty.

just get a intake. leave the exhaust alone.

G-M rep is around 350.

dude, just do it! intake wont void the warranty (unless you break that MAF sensor and that would be expensive and very bad) exhausts wont void it, only thing i can see voiding a warranty is if you do somehting with the ECU...thats my guess...but yea...

just do it man, have fun with your new car, experiment a little and if you don't like it and if you worry TOO much about it, then just take it off and don't do it...

but you should =)
