COBB AP3-BMW-002: Used and unmarried, like new. $575 shipped and PayPal'd SOLD!
Genuine BMW E9X 3 Series Belt Tensioner/Pulley Kit: Brand new kit. Was going to use it on my car but dealer covered under warranty so don't have a need for this kit anymore. $135 shipped and PayPal'd No longer for sale.
BMS N55 Performance Intake: Used for about 3k miles then decided to go back to stock intake. $125 shipped and PayPal'd SOLD!

I don't think it will. They are listed as two different kits on getbmwparts website.
