to be honest.. you won't notice much "performance" difference between the two, I'm assuming you're looking at just an axle back setup. these kind of setups are more for sound, they might reduce back pressure a bit and save some weight over the stock exhaust but true performance gains will noticed in a complete exhaust kit with bigger diameter pipes all the way through.

I would get the complete ae exhaust but yea for the Remus I'd have to buy down pipes and mid pipe

+1 IMO the remus sounds best with down pipes, other wise even the race isnt much lounder than the golf tee mod!

There might be a few hp difference between the two if you compare the full exhaust systems, which you won't really notice in a 300+ hp car, so IMO the difference comes down to looks of the tail pipes and sound. For sound, they both sound good, so it's up to personal opinion. I like the AE quad, which I've hooked up with the AR DPs (a popular setup with posters on this forum).

Both systems are great choices. Like others have already mentioned, the Remus is an axle back system and will require you to cut your stock muffler off and retain the stock mid pipes. If you're looking for a full cat back system, then the AE Performance Quad exhaust would be the way to go. Cat back systems do perform better than axle back systems as you are changing out all the stock pipes. You'll be eliminating the secondary cats, increasing flow, and make more power. Catback systems do also generally weigh less than the OEM pipes which is also a plus for performance. The AE Full Exhaust System is race proven, designed on the race track, by professional racers themselves. With its astounding 24 lb reduction over the stock system, and dyno proven increase of 18+ horsepower and 13+ lb torque!!
