Do you need an alignment after new tires to protect tire warranty?

I am getting some Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3s and I had an alignment at Firestone about 2 weeks ago. I do have lifetime alignment so it is free if I want to have it done again. They don't like it when you get alignments too much tho. I have had them look at the computer and say you just had one done lol.

So I was just curious do I need to get one after I get my new tires to protect my tread warranty?

If you just got an alignment I wouldn't worry about it. The warranty isn't going to cover worn tires anyways.

Tread wear warranties apply for tires that are worn evenly. Whether that is accomplished by having an alignment every week or never getting an alignment does not matter.
