Ultra light weight 17" wheels?

I am trying to find out how much weight loss I can achieve by replacing my stock BMW 17" wheels with some after market light weights. Any stats are appreciated, such as exactly how much the stock rim weights for my car.

Take one off and weight it, As for upgrades I have a few choices in 17" but they are all top line makers, like SSR and Work.
