Yes. If you're not planning on ever lowering your car then it would almost be impossible to rub unless you had a ridiculous offset.

VMR VB3 9.0 and 10?

Hi,

I have a 2011 E90 335i on an Xdrive suspension. I plan on putting some KW V1 coil overs eventually to lower the car.

I am wondering if I could run a 19'' staggered set up in 9.0 and 10.0 without rubbing issues even when lowered?

Also would proper tire size still be 235 and 265?

It will depend on the offset. A 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 are the correct height, and should be within spec for the width on the wheels though.
