FS: 2009 128i lease take over
anyone interested? the car is installed w/ 135i front and rear bumper. Xenon OEM euro clear corner headlight. black/black Sport pck, sunroof, 6MT
NO ACCIDENT NO CLAIM. payment $580 tax in. buyout after lease end $16000 56000KM to go until lease end on May 2013. 2 years remaining. if Anyone is interested let me know! I would love to keep the car but new job I got is no need vehicle. I dont see point paying the lease every month. |

wow that payment is NUTS. I wonder what the lease programs are like in Canada.
You can get a 135i here and have about $100 left over.

What is with Americans commenting on how "high" our lease payments are? You guys do realize we have a different currency here, right? Yes, if you convert from CAD to USD, your payments are much less, but we also get paid in CAD. It's quite likely that for many jobs where you'd get paid $50k USD, the equivalent position in Canada would be paid $75k CAD.

the dollar is very close to CAD. 580 cad is about 600 usd. extremely high for a 128.
maybe im wrong.. regardless, GLWS!! |

You are missing the point. Yes, if you convert to USD it seems expensive to someone living, working and earning in the US. But Canadian buyers earn Canadian dollars, and salaries are not nominally the same.
