Convert my pre-facelift grill/kidneys to Facelift

Hey!

First of all I want to say thanks for a great forum. This forum was one of the reasons I chose to buy BMW E90, it is such a help! I look forward to participating here.

I was looking for a new car for a couple of months, and after a lot of elections I drove a BMW E90. I do not regret one second, it's really quite wonderful to drive!

I love everything about it, except one little thing.. I do not like the pre-facelift kidney/grill in the front. I dont like the "brows" on the grill, and want to update the grill to the facelift grill (witouth brow). Does anyone now if this is possibel? Is it just so simpel that I can buy a new E90 LCI grill and put it on? Or does it need heavy modification?

you cant replace the grills, different design BUT if your willing to spend some $$ you can get a new lci bumper and fit it on there then you can have the new grills done!

some have done it, search in the photosection

As mentioned above you need the LCI front bumper, grilles and hood...only pre-LCI item that fits are the headlights

Sounds expensive just for grills.
