Sick in the car

One of the little'uns puked in the wife's car this afternoon, so I was recalled from work to spend 2 hours with the Marigolds on eliminating all traces.

No doubt when I go to see how well I've managed to clean up in the morning, it'll still stink beyond belief...

Who'd have 'em hey???

Recalled from work? Sorry, but in my household child puke is the wife's domain. She managed to spill four pints of milk in the Mercedes GL, it didn't smell for a week, until the milk, which had found its way into the battery tank below the drivers seat, began to curdle. Now that smells I can tell you, makes child puke smell like lavender in comparison.

I've had a very large dude spew up in/just out of my car on a very busy roundabout. German man was shouting load at us on a microphone and there was sick on my doorcard. Came off easily with blue roll.

Good luck eradicating the future smell

My first lad chucked up in a company Vectra I had at the time (used to have a similar effect on me also!!) and it stunk for weeks. I cleaned it myself and that was no good, so paid about £60 for an interior foam valet and even that didn't get rid of the smell. Every time the interior heated up on a warm day, the smell returned.

Had a good sniff this morning, and all's well again in the Q7... not even a faint whiff of butyric acid

It's not the first time I've had to work some 'smell magic' - and I can't imagine it'll be the last with my three on the loose!

Yup, milk dose take some beating, perhaps by dog sick - makes you sick just clearing it up!
