I am thinking of doing the retro fit for my nav, so you go and get them dude!!

CHCCubs, ak22 & neuromatic give this a try. Call BMW Canada @ 1-800-567-2691. Ask the rep who picks up your call to transfer you to Ben. Tell Ben that you are having the same my info issue as Harjit. Ben will take care of you, he will send your info to a tech specialist who will get up you up and running. Let me know how it goes. |

I've been trying to get a hold of Ben for two days now, but when ever I call he's either gone for the day, or not at his desk.

hmm its not working for me either. it used to work when i first got the car (2 yrs ago). but i tried recently and it doesnt work anymore.

This evening I spoke to a rep. at BMW Canada and explained to him the problem I was having with the Send to Function on Google Maps. He was aware of the issue, and sent my vehicle's info to a tech specialist who should have the issue fixed in a day or so. I hope this get resolved soon!

Update: Called BMW Canada and Ben just happened to answer my call in the queue! He took my info, and the last 7 digits of my VIN.. forwarded my issue to the tech team. He mentioned they're able to fix about 60% of the cases. Fingers crossed!
