So I recently purchase 10mm spacers for my E92 back a while ago "approximately 2 months ago", have never had a chance to put them on, until I realized that the spacers did not fit perfectly and flushed.
I have done some research in this forum about 10mm spacers issues and i realize that their spacers need some custom work done. Disclaimer: I have a 2008 E92 335. Apparently, for my model/year, the front hub lip is a couple mm longer than other years, so thats why it did not fit for ME . I have try to give Jose a several Private Messages, but yet he never replied. I want to get a full refund for my spacers ! since they never notice that Sonic Tuning 10mm spacers require some custom work done, either in their post or their Sonic Tuning websites. I have seen Jose posting up something in this form, but yet he never get back to me, which really disappointed me. Not recommending their product for this time Really lack of service. Bought MTEC V3 from them. Came fast and good price.
One side is greener than the other. Asked for RMA...long story short haven't heard anything for weeks. Seems like good vednor for speed and price but not warranty or replacement issues. I won't bash until he has a chance to reply here. |

Lets please clear this up. You purchase a set of the spacers from another forum member: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=610786 PMed regarding getting a refund back to YOUR paypal account when you can't provide order number or transaction number. After going through about 20 PMs, you mention that your friend purchased the spacers for you and he's out of the country? Anyways, sorry that I couldn't help but we cant just return something you did not purchase. Finally, after another 5-6 PMs I advised you to sell the spacer or trade it with someone on the forum.
