Help Paint all over front of car

I washed my car this morning and noticed white paint all over the front and on the headlights and side mirrors I took it to my detail guy and tried claying and buffing it will not come off any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!! ps my car is black and its white paint!

sorry to hear this. maybe post some pictures because there are some really good detailers on here that may be able to help you.
