So, I was gonna go, but now I'm not going to be able to, something came up. I will be there next week though, with an empty tank so I can get to 100oct and run the race map.
Supposed to be in the 60s next week, hope that holds out. Will be busy, but that's ok. |

Had my best run. 60ft of 1.750 which netted me 12.786 @ 106.98! That's just a JB4, DCI, and 50/50 91/E-85. Temps were somewhere in between the low 70s and mid 60's. As it got colder, traction was worse, and was spinning all 4 more. But I backed up the 12s with a 12.9 something at 106.5 something.

We had fun out there. I had a bunch of new best times. 13.101@106.01 w/ 1.86 60' was my best but near the end I ran a 13.2@107mph with a bad launch. Cobb and stock air box. I wish I had a e85 or race gas map to run, I feel that would put me solidly in the 12's.

He is auto. That thing launches like a beast on the e85 map.

Damn man, both of your times were awesome! That is very quick for up here...and yes, I would have to think that's a record ET for the N54's at Bandimere AcidLotus.
I'm definitely in for next Wednesday as long as the weather is good, which it looks like it will be so far. Probably be more people since its the last week of the season, but that's ok. |

No kidding. These e85 maps are strong. That car has stock rft tires too. This makes me want to do a couple more mods

Apparently dragtimes.com is saying the temp was 54 degrees at that time (6:54 pm), giving a DA of 6831. That would equate to between 11.9 and 12.3 ET and 111 - 114 mph at sea level.

I'm not at all surprised by the trap speed with the mods he has, and because his 60' was so good. It sounds about right in my opinion, a very good trap for only tune and intake. My best with FBO was 109.7mph, really want to try the new Cobb race gas map. I think its going to make a big difference, especially on a cooler day with my LSD now installed. Maybe I can get some ok traction...I still won't cut anywhere near a 1.8s 60' though, but maybe I can finally dip below 2.0s at least

109.7 is good, but I'd say your car has more trap in it. My xi was trapping 107.2-109.4 with 2.1-2.3 60' and 13.2-13.7 ET in April (AT launch issues). Guessing your lighter RWD car should have more top end. |

Yeah Craig, With the race map and cool air. I think you will trap in the 111-113mph range. There was a 1 series a few months back that ran 13.1@111mph with a couple mods.

Yeah, that was a day with 9500' DA, so on a cool day should be better. My goal is the 12's, but I doubt i will be getting as low as 12.7s.

I'm amazed at the 1.7 60'. The 1.8's I was getting felt fast, can't imagine another tenth. Based on my traps, I'm wondering if I can hit a 12 with a little better launch.
